Ordering

Yes, we provide a digital proof before any item is sent for production. If we have a problem with your artwork, a member of our team will be in touch.

All items have an approximate dispatch time on their listing. We aim to have your items ready to ship in 10-14 working days. If you are ordering multiple items, we will dispatch your items together.

You will be updated by email about the status of your order. Alternatively, you can log in to your customer portal for updates.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, you are unable to change any designs or products once the order has been placed in to production.

Changes can be made during the proofing stage where a team member will send you a visual proof of your ordered items. You may make changes to the design and layout by contacting your account handler.

For orders without customisation, providing the goods have not been dispatched, we should be able to accommodate your change.

Artwork

To ensure top-quality results for your logo, please provide an EPS, TIFF, or AI file. If unavailable, send a PDF, .EPS, or JPEG. Our artwork team will assess and may suggest a redraw if necessary. Refer to our Artwork Guidelines. You’ll receive proofs via email and text for approval before production begins. We’re not liable for errors post-approval.

If you do not have a high-resolution logo file, we can re-digitise your logo for a small fee. Please contact us for further information.

Delivery

We offer tracked shipping on all our packages. Delivery times vary depending on what you have ordered.

We offer free shipping on orders over £250.

All orders are shipped using a courier and prices are from £9.50.

Provided your order has not been shipped, you can change the delivery address on your order. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Yes, we offer a complete bespoke service and can work to your requirements. Please contact us for more information.

We try our best to ensure your order is dispatched within 14 business days from the date of your artwork approval, unless otherwise stated. If there will be a delay, your account manager will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.

Payments

We accept payments via our website, PayPal, card payments over the phone and bank transfers.

Returns

Ensuring your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re unhappy with any product, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

If you’ve received incorrect or faulty items, let us handle the return collection for you.

If your items are incorrect due to an error in information you have provided, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

If you order incorrect sizes or colours, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

You have 28 days from receiving your order to request a return. After this period, returns are only accepted for faulty items. Priority delivery charges reflect customer preference. Delivery surcharges are non-refundable unless goods are faulty.
